1. License Grant

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within the scope purchased (per domain). Unless stated otherwise, each license covers one website domain.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use and modify the product code for your own needs on licensed sites. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the product files, or use them on more sites than your license covers.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyright and intellectual property in the products remain with AumCreate. A purchase grants a license to use and does not transfer ownership.

4. Updates & Support

We provide product updates and support on a reasonable-effort basis, but do not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every third-party environment or WordPress version.

5. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AumCreate is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the products.
