Refund Policy

AumCreate sells digital products (WordPress themes and plugins). Because digital goods cannot be returned once downloaded, the following policy applies. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund if the product has a significant defect that our support team cannot resolve.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available when: more than 7 days have passed; the request is only because you no longer need it, changed your mind, or bought the wrong item; the product works as described but does not meet a subjective expectation; or you did not give our support team a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.

3. How to Request

Email support@aumcreate.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.

4. License & Downloads

Once a refund is approved, the license tied to that order is revoked, and you must stop using and delete the related product files.
